Your 14-day withdrawal right for standard products, and why custom-made curtains are an exception.
Standard right of withdrawal
For standard, non-personalised products bought online, consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
Exception for custom designs
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised. Because our custom curtains are produced specifically for you based on the image and choices you provide, they are excluded from the standard 14-day withdrawal right once the design has been approved and enters production.
How to withdraw (eligible orders)
For eligible, non-personalised orders, you can withdraw by sending us a clear statement of your decision through the contact page before the 14-day period ends. You will then receive instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
If you validly withdraw from an eligible order, we refund the payment you made, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay once we have received the returned item or proof of return. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility.
Faulty products
This withdrawal policy does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty. All curtains, including custom designs, are covered by our 5-year warranty.
