Image rights & permissions
When you upload an image for a custom design, you confirm that you own the image or have the necessary rights and permission to use it for the creation of an Entrada Studio product. Designs containing third-party characters, logos, brands or copyrighted artwork may require additional permission. You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to commercially reproduce any image you submit.
Custom designs & no returns
Custom curtains are made to order based on the image and choices you provide. Because each custom design is produced specifically for you, no returns, exchanges or refunds are possible once a design has been approved and enters production.
Design review & approval
After you submit a design, our studio reviews your image — this can take up to 24 hours during business days. Once your design is ready you will be notified by email. You may approve the design or request a revision. Production only begins after you approve your design.
Production & shipping
Once approved and paid, your curtain is made by hand in Europe using premium materials and backed by our 5-year warranty. You will be able to follow your order through each stage: submitted, designing, awaiting approval, approved, paid, in production and shipped.
