Payment & delivery
How payment works for made-to-order curtains, and what to expect from production and shipping.
Payment
For custom designs, payment is requested only after you have approved your design. Your curtain enters production once payment is received. All prices are shown including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Production time
Every curtain is made to order by hand. After a design is approved and paid, production typically takes a number of working days before your order is ready to ship. For custom designs, our studio first reviews your image — this review can take up to 24 hours on business days.
Order stages
You can follow your order through each stage from your account: submitted, designing, awaiting approval, approved, paid, in production and shipped. You receive an email when your design is ready for approval and when your order ships.
Shipping
Orders are made in Europe and shipped with a tracked service. Delivery times depend on your destination. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Damaged or lost parcels
All curtains are backed by our 5-year warranty. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
