What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, place an order or submit a custom design: your name, email address, delivery address and the images and choices you upload for a custom curtain. We also store order and payment status so you can follow your order.
How we use your data
Your data is used to process and deliver your order, to produce your custom design, to contact you about the status of your order and to provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Uploaded images
Images you upload for a custom design are stored securely and used only to design and produce your curtain. They are visible to our studio team for the purpose of creating your product. You can request deletion of your uploaded images once your order is complete.
Storage & processors
Your account and order data is stored in a secure database. We use trusted service providers for hosting, file storage and payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf and under appropriate data-protection agreements.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to request that we limit how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page and we will respond within the legally required period.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in, remember your language preference and keep your cart working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
